Happy Halloween!!

Uma das minhas datas preferidas do ano, uma pena no Brasil não se comemora tanto. 

Este mini-photoshoot foi feito em 2011 em casa mesmo, quando não pude ir a zumbi walk da minha cidade. Não queria ir de zumbi(muito comum), mas para entrar no clima, resolvi fazer uma interpretação do Azrael, conhecido como anjo da morte na mitologia. Ele também é um personagem do universo DC Comics e faz parte dos quadrinhos do Batman. Azrael também é mencionado no jogo Darksiders(o qual para quem não sabe amo muito!)

One of my favorite dates of the year, a feather in Brazil celebrates not so much.

This mini-photoshoot was done in 2011 at home, when I could not go to zombie walk in my town. Did not want to zombie (very common), but to get in the mood, I decided to make an interpretation of Azrael, the angel of death known as mythology. He is also a character in the DC Comics universe and is part of the Batman comics. Azrael is also mentioned in the game Darksiders (which for those who do not know love too!)

Como não tive tempo e decidi ir de última hora, não fiz uma interpretação completa, apenas a maquiagem referencial e um manto com um tecido que já tinha em casa. Mas no final não fui e para não perder o trabalho a toa, fiz as fotos em casa com meu pai. Thanks Dad!!

Ontem a noite e hoje de manhã o assunto no facebook foi uma reportagem grotesca feita pelo R7, portal da Record, uma das maiores empresas de jornalismo do país.

Fiquei impressionada porque se trata de uma empresa de jornalismo internacional e escrever uma matéria cheia de baixaria e sem nem se dar ao trabalho de pesquisar sobre o assunto:

Antes de sair escrevendo qualquer porcaria, tem que pesquisar sobre o assunto, buscar as referências, saber sobre a cultura e moda do local. O que eu não vi nada nessa reportagem. E faltou principalmente RESPEITO. Sempre digo que não é porque você não gosta ou não conhece que não tem que respeitar.

Quando escrevia para um site sobre moda, eu demorava semanas para encontrar as referências, saber sobre a cultura. É algo que dá trabalho. Tudo para não falar besteira. 

Na reportagem não tem nome do(a) jornalista, não colocam os direitos de imagem(quando tem a logo na foto para mostrar a verdadeira origem da imagem). Acho que é porque eles sabem que estão errados e do burburinho que isso ia causar.

No Brasil, moda alternativa sofre bastante preconceito e uma reportagem como essa em um grande veículo de comunicação só serve para disseminar tal ato. 

Before writing any crap out, have to research on the subject, seek references, know about the culture and fashion of the place. What I did not see anything in this report. And missed mainly RESPECT. I always say that it is not because you do not like or do not know that there has

that respect.

When writing for a site about fashion, it took me weeks to find the references, learn about the culture. It is something that takes work. All for not bullshitting.

In the story has no name (a) a journalist, do not pose image rights (when it has the logo on the picture to show the true origin of the image). I guess because they know they are wrong and the buzz that this would cause.

In Brazil, alternative fashion suffers prejudice and quite a story like this in a major vehicle for communication only serves to disseminate such act.

Bem essa é apenas a minha opinião sobre o assunto.

Deixei o blog meio desatualizado nos últimos dias devido a correria na minha vida, faculdade e trabalho, a volta de The Walking Dead e Once Upon A Time mais os problemas familiares tem me consumido muito. Mas não deixei de produzir algo para publicar. Como não pude fazer nada elaborado trouxe alguns Work in Progress de alguns cosplays meus. O processo é o mesmo da frente, mas resolvi variar e fiz a cruz maior com a tinta relevo(para ficar em relevo basta passar o ferro quente do avesso) e as menores com a tinta metalizada.
E pronto!! Um blusão personalizado para você!

The process is the same from the front, but I decided to change the cross and made larger with the paint relief (to stay in relief just pass the hot iron inside out) and smaller with metallic ink.
And voila! A sweater customized for you!

Hoje começa outubro(odeio esse mês, é longo e sempre demora a passar). Mas para ser positiva resolvi começar ele de bom humor e com post no clima!

Para começar o mês de outubro, resolvi trazer algo no clima de crianças: mostrar minha coleção de barbies! Sou colecionadora de bonecas, amo todas elas, são tão lindas!! Dia 12 é dia das crianças então, nada melhor que falar sobre brinquedos! E que brinquedo é mais clássico que uma Barbie!?

Today begins October (hate this month, is long and takes forever to pass). But to be positive I decided to start it in a good mood and with a new post!

Quem costura sabe que antes de criar um modelo, devemos fazer um protótipo e só depois partir para a peça. Para verificar caimento, eu sempre procuro testar a peça em escala menor. E é aí que as barbies entram! 

Elas são perfeitas para testar modelos, moldes e outras idéias. Você pode testar em um tecido barato como tnt e depois no próprio tecido escolhido. Mas não é só por isso que tenho elas. São parte da minha coleção pessoal. 

About sewing know before creating a model, we make a prototype and then leave for the piece. To check details, I always try to test the piece on a smaller scale. And that's where the barbies come!

They are perfect for testing models, molds and other ideas. You can test in a cheap fabric like tnt and then into the fabric chosen. But that's not why I have them. They are part of my personal collection.

Amo brinquedos dos anos 80s e 90s. São tão fofos(adoro decorar meu quarto com eles XD). No Ebay e em algumas lojas de departamentos é possível encontrar uma variedade deles, alguns por um preço bem em conta.

Tenho 4 barbies. Elas tem nomes de cantoras que a aparência delas lembra, e a roupa é de acordo com cada cantora(mas todas de vestidões bem lindos): Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Taylor Swift e Cindy Lauper.

Love Toys 80s and 90s. They are so cute (I love decorating my room with them XD). On Ebay and in some department stores you can find a variety of them, some for a price well into account.

I have 4 barbies. They have names of singers who remember their appearance, and the clothes are in agreement with each singer (but all the gorgeous dresses): Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Cindy Lauper.

Todas elas são dos anos 80s e 90s. Acho que elas eram mais bonitas do que as de agora. A maquiagem e as roupas e acessórios eram mais legais.

All of them are from the 80s and 90s. I think they were more beautiful than now.The makeup and the clothes and accessories were the coolest.

Pretendo aumentar essa coleção ainda. Muitas e muitas barbies. As pessoas criticam muita a Barbie pela questão de como o corpo dela é construído, mas na minha opinião Barbie representa a infância de muita gente, e para muitos vai além da infância. Na loja onde comprei os acessórios para elas, o que menos tem é criança. São adultos que compram para colecionar, usar como modelos para roupas, guardar e como objetos de decoração.

I intend to increase this collection yet. Lots and lots of barbies and other dolls. A lot of people criticize Barbie the question of how her body is built, but in my opinion Barbie represents the childhood of many people, and for many beyond childhood. In the shop where I bought accessories for them, which is has less child. Are adults who buy to collect, use as models for clothing, save and as decorative objects.

Usual Outfit + Early Spring

Oi pessoas!! Trouxe um outfit meu para vocês!

No último domingo começou a primavera por aqui. E infelizmente com ela veio o calor. Odeio calor e moro no Brasil, irônico não?! Como ainda  não tinha usado nada em homenagem ao início da primavera resolvi criar algo hoje. 

Last Sunday began the spring here. And unfortunately it came with the heat. I hate heat and I live in Brazil, not ironic?! As I had not used anything in honor of the start of spring I decided to create something today.

Aproveitei que a saias longas voltaram a moda e como tenho várias resolvi usar a única de estampa florida que tenho. Todas as outras são mais "dark", para outfits meus de pastel goth, gothic industrial, punk... Este look criei para o dia a dia mesmo. Usei para ir a aula(super combina com o campus da faculdade). Pensei em algo que fosse confortável, nada diferente do meu habitual, mas que fosse florido e ao mesmo tempo escuro.

I took the long skirts and trendy again as I have several of them decided to use the only floral print I have. All others are more "dark" for my outfits in pastel goth, gothic industrial, punk... I created this look for the usual. I used to go to class (super match the college campus). I thought of something that was comfortable, nothing different from my usual, but it was flowery and yet dark.

Amo a estampa dessa saia. Essas flores azuis tem uma cor super vibrante e traz uma alegria para o preto. E como o clima anda instável, hora chove, hora venta, hora faz calor, heheh, o comprimento maxi é super bem vindo.

Os acessórios são do meu dia a dia e todos tem um significado especial. A pulseira preta foi feita pela minha prima para mim(amo usar preto) no meu aniversário e a prata minha mãe me deu(ela tem uma igual) e até usei no meu cosplay de Valkíria. Os anéis foram comprados na feira hippie da minha cidade.

Os itens otaku/geek são de eventos de anime da minha cidade. Uso essas blusas de animes, bandas, estampas legais quase todos os dias. São confortáveis e ficam bem!!

Love the print of that skirt. These blue flowers have a super vibrant color and brings a joy to black. And as the weather goes unstable time it rains, windy time, time is hot, heheh, length maxi is super welcome.

Accessories are my day by day and everyone has a special meaning. The black bracelet won birthday was made ​​for me by my cousin (love using black) and silver my mother gave me (she has an equal) and even used it on my cosplay Valkyrie. The rings were purchased at the hippie fair in my town.

The items are otaku/geek anime events from my city. Use these blouses anime, bands, cool prints nearly everyday. They are comfortable and look good!

W.I.P. Creamy Mami Hoodie

Oi gente!!

Estes últimos dias tem sidos corridos para mim devido a faculdade(não vejo a hora de formar) e a minha loja, cuidando da criação de novas peças e manutenção do site(estou fazendo umas mudanças no layout do blog também XD).

Mas sempre que tenho um tempinho, aproveito para dar andamento nos meus projetos e estilizar alguma peça e trouxe o andamento de uma em especial hoje: o Hoodie da Creamy Mami!

These last few days have solids busy for me due to college (I can not wait to graduate) and my store, taking care of creating new pieces and site maintenance (I'm making some changes in the layout of the blog as well XD).

But whenever I have some time, take the opportunity to make progress in my projects and stylize some piece and brought the progress in a special today: Creamy Mami Hoodie!

Creamy Mami é um desenho anime dos anos 80 sobre a Yū Morisawa uma menina de 10 anos comum, até que ela vê uma nave espacial flutuando no céu. Carregada para a nave, ela ajuda Pino Pino encontrar a Feather Star. Em agradecimento por sua ajuda, ele concede-lhe uma varinha mágica, o que lhe permite se transformar em uma menina de 16 anos de idade, durante um ano. A ela também é dada dois gatos de Feather Star, Posi e Nega, que vão cuidar dela enquanto ela tem poderes mágicos. Enquanto caminhava ao redor da cidade como uma adolescente, ela acidentalmente acaba aparecendo na TV e pedem para ela cantar, pois a magia lhe permite fazer muito bem. Usando o pseudônimo de Creamy Mami, ela torna-se um sucesso imediato, e logo começa uma carreira profissional como um ídolo sob Parthenon Productions. Ao longo do caminho, ela também atende moradores do passado de Feather Star e seres sobrenaturais. Além disso, ela deve lutar contra a Serpente Joe, um personagem sombrio dos Productions LP rivais, que está sempre tentando roubá la e Megumi-chan, outra das principais estrelas Parthenon Produções.

Lindinha não é?! *-* Vamos ao moletom então! Como vocês podem ver na foto eu peguei uma imagem da Mami e fui desenhando no moletom com o lápis branco aquarelado. Com uma tinta relevo 3D eu já fiz o contorno de todo o desenho e preenchi algumas partes com tinta para tecido. Vou dar mais um acabamento e depois só enfeitar ele e pronto! Photoshoot Time!!

Pretty, hum?! Let the hoodie then! As you can see in the photo I took a picture of Mami and I was drawing in hoodie white pencil tinted. With an ink 3D relief I've done the outline of the whole design and filled some parts with fabric paint. I'll take another finish and then just decorate it and voila! Time for pictures!

Eu gosto muito de moletons em outfits(já tinha comentado neste post aqui). Super combina com anos 80 e fairy kei, mahou kei. Daqui a pouco tenho uma coleção bem grande deles!
